Melanie has lived in the Treasure Valley since 2009 after graduating from Southern Oregon University with a degree in Creative Writing. She was also a student-athlete at SOU, as a four year starter and two year captain for the women's soccer team. She has worked in a variety of industries always centered around customers service, sales, and marketing.

She stumbled her way into real estate during the COVID-19 pandemic, "zoomed" her way through school and promptly hit the ground running. In addition to building her own business, she has worked with several seasoned agents in a variety of capacities, while maintaining a hunger for knowledge and growth.

As a consumer, she's been on both sides of several real estate transactions, giving her a keen ability to jump into the shoes of a homeowner or buyer. Her dedication to white-glove client service and relationship management drives her to find solutions to every need.

When she isn't on a property hunt, Mel coaches soccer at the high school and semi-professional levels. She is an avid writer, dabbles in stand-up comedy, loves musical theatre, can still be found on the soccer pitch, and is always chasing around her best pal, Beacon.

Brett is the Founder of Boise Premier Real Estate. He has lived in Boise nearly all of his life and loves the area; his first job was mowing lawns and delivering newspapers near Warm Springs Ave. He graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Business Management in 2005. He has been a licensed Realtor in Idaho since 2003.

During his career Brett has been involved in many aspects of Real Estate from lot development, rehabbing properties, property management and moving homes from commercial to residential lots, with a broad education as an agent, investor, and brokerage owner. Brett enjoys traveling with his family, meeting new people, participating in events and helping to organize local favorites like The FM Challenge and The Dirty Dash.

Patty has over 20 years of real estate experience, and has the heart of an Idaho native.

Her knowledge of different Idaho regions ensure clients are being paired with the property that is right for them, their employment requirements, community resource needs and beyond, all while staying atop of the ever-changing housing market.

In her spare time she loves enjoying everything Idaho has to offer, skiing, mountain biking, and hiking with her husband of 20 years and two sons.
